FAQ

Questions & answers.

Everything churches ask before saying yes — costs, timing, ownership, and how to get started.

How long does it take to build the website?

Most sites take about 1–4 weeks after we have the details and domain. Timing depends on capacity.

What information do you need from the church?

We typically ask for:

  • Church name
  • Address and service times
  • Short description or mission statement
  • Contact email or phone number
  • Logo or images (optional)
  • Any style preferences (colors, layout, tone)
  • A domain name (we can help guide you)
What am I responsible for, and what do you cover?

We build, set up, and launch the site. The church buys and controls the domain.

Who is eligible for website support?

We serve smaller churches with limited budgets and tight financial resources for website projects.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The usual cost is the domain, paid directly to the registrar.

Who owns the website and domain?

The church owns the domain and website content.

What happens if the church no longer wants the website?

You can delete the site or stop renewing the domain.

Can the church make changes after the website is finished?

Yes. You control the site after launch. Ongoing edits are limited, but you can ask.

Can you redesign or rebuild an existing website?

Yes, apply. Churches without a site are prioritized, but rebuilds may fit.

How do I donate, and where does the donation go?

Use the donate page to choose a focus. We will follow up.

I'd like to be a part of it. What can I do to help?

Volunteer, share the outreach, help with websites, or connect us with churches.

Is this service tied to donations or future commitments?

No. This outreach is not tied to donations, contracts, or future commitments.

Why are you offering this service?

To help people find a church community more easily. Hebrews 10:24–25 guides the mission.

How do we request a website?

Use the Apply page. We will follow up if it fits current capacity.
