Google Sheets Integration
Each signup is automatically added to a shared spreadsheet, making it easy to keep track of subscribers and contact information.

Newsletter Platform Integration
If you already use Mailchimp, Brevo, MailerLite, or a similar newsletter app, we can connect it to your website. New subscribers will be added to your mailing list automatically.

Please note: we set up the signup system, but we do not create or send promotional emails on your behalf. You can send newsletters and announcements through your own newsletter-platform account.

The Launchpad is $599 and includes a home page plus one extra page, with no booking feature. Business is $899 and includes up to 3 pages with mobile optimization. Professional is $1,299 and includes up to 5 pages plus basic SEO initial setup. The Scale starts at $1,999+ for custom CMS, database, or advanced functionality projects. Extra standard informational pages can be added for $150 per page.
The form creates an estimated quote based on your selected plan, hosting, and add-ons, then sends you to the Quote & Payment page. After payment is completed, we review your details, begin drafting the website, and prepare the three initial design drafts for review.
You keep ownership of the business materials you provide, such as text, logos, photos, and trademarks. After full payment, the custom website deliverables created for your order are assigned to you, subject to third-party licenses and our reusable internal tools, processes, and pre-existing materials.
Helpful materials include your business name, contact information, preferred pages, brand colors, logos, photos, written copy, examples of websites you like, domain or DNS access when needed, and any must-have features such as forms, galleries, events, booking, signup forms, or payment links.
Current add-ons include Maintenance & Management for $79/month, Basic SEO Initial Setup for $149, Extra Pages for $150 per page, Signup Integration for $199, Admin Self Edit Panel modules, and Additional Work at $75/hour with a 1-hour minimum.
Admin self edit panels are priced per module. With the $39/month Managed Hosting plan, each module is $199 as a one-time setup fee. With the $14/month Essential Hosting plan, each module is $499 as a one-time setup fee. A module is an editable website section, such as events, galleries, content blocks, or data lists.

Signup Integration is a $199 one-time add-on. You can choose Google Sheets Integration or Newsletter Platform Integration for the same setup fee.

You will receive three initial design drafts to choose from. These are starting points, not final designs. Once you select your preferred direction, we refine the details and tailor the website to your taste. Our goal is to bring your vision to life, so you never have to settle for a design that does not feel right.

SEO Setup Add-On - $149 one-time (paired with any build).

This is a base/basic SEO setup (not advanced or ongoing SEO).

Includes:

  • Page titles and meta descriptions implemented for key pages (including <title> tags).
  • Proper heading structure using clean H1/H2/H3 hierarchy.
  • Image SEO basics: descriptive file names (when provided) and alt text for important images.
  • Internal linking between main pages to support visitors and search engines.
  • Sitemap.xml and robots.txt generation.
  • LocalBusiness JSON-LD structured data (when applicable).
  • Mobile and performance basics: image compression guidance, caching-friendly setup, and clean code practices.

Does not include:

  • No Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster setup/verification.
  • No Google Business Profile creation or optimization.
  • No directory listing or NAP cleanup across the web.
  • No backlink building, outreach, PR, or ongoing SEO campaigns.
  • No keyword ranking guarantees (results depend on competition, location, and industry).
Essential Hosting is $14/month and keeps your website available with SSL, basic platform-level protections, troubleshooting help, and support access. Managed Hosting is $39/month and includes everything in Essential Hosting, plus about 2 text/image update requests per month on existing pages, the option to add admin self edit modules, up to 30 GB of website media storage, and priority support for hosting or performance issues. Hosting is management-only and does not include proactive security or performance optimization.
Additional pages beyond the selected build plan are billed at $150 per additional page.
Maintenance and management is $79/month and includes up to 4 event or photo update requests per month, plus SEO Adjustments Based on Content Updates. Anything beyond is billed hourly.
Additional work is billed at $75/hour with a 1-hour minimum. This includes redesigns, feature adjustments, and other custom changes outside the selected build plan.
